Terms & Conditions

All parents/guardians must agree to the following terms and conditions to complete registration. Please read carefully. By proceeding, you confirm your agreement.

1. Copyright
All website content is the property of United Dance Productions (UDP) and is protected by copyright.

 

2. Dance Calendar- UDP Follows the Public School Academic Calendar
UDP operates on a three-term schedule:

Term 1: September – December

Term 2: January – March

Term 3: April – June

3. Payment Policy

  • Payments are accepted via cash or electronic transfer only.

  • Online payments must be made to:
    HSBC Account: 006 051197 012 (Include the dancer’s name in the payment reference.)

  • Cheques are not accepted.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for keeping accounts current. UDP does not send reminder invoices.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed classes.

  • Registration automatically enrolls the student in all consecutive terms unless UDP receives written notice of withdrawal.

  • Any bank fees or charges due to declined, incorrect, or unauthorized payments must be reimbursed within 14 days.

  • Term fees are due within 14 days of the start of each term. Late payments will incur a non-refundable $50 late fee.

  • Accounts unpaid by year-end will be submitted to Bermuda Debt Collection.

4. Dress Code
Students must arrive in proper dance uniform with hair styled appropriately.

For Ballet, Modern, and Jazz, hair must be secured away from the face.

No jewelry allowed during class, except small stud earrings.

5. Code of Conduct
No chewing gum, smoking, alcohol, or eating is permitted on the premises.

Students must behave respectfully. Repeated lateness, disruptions, or misconduct may result in dismissal without refund.

Students must not create excessive noise or disturb neighboring businesses.

Public performance of UDP choreography without written permission is prohibited and may lead to immediate dismissal and forfeiture of fees.

6. Attendance
Punctuality is mandatory. Students should wait quietly until their class begins.

Only students listed on the class register may attend.

Attendance at rehearsals is required to participate in recitals.

Notify the office in advance of any absences due to illness, vacation, or other commitments.

Parents/visitors are not allowed to observe classes.

7. Injury & Health
Any injury or condition that may affect a student’s participation must be reported to the teacher before class.

Students who are unwell but not contagious are encouraged to attend and observe class.

8. General Information
Parents must update the office directly with any changes to contact or personal details.

Teachers cannot process administrative updates.

UDP is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Please check the notice board weekly for updates and announcements.

UDP reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time with notice.

If you do not accept these terms and conditions in full, please discontinue the registration process.
